In this thorough investigation, we will explore all aspects of your health including detailed health history, stress, lifestyle, diet, emotional states, how your body is functioning, your well-being and more. Dr. Michelle will take the guess work out of what is going on with your body and help you get the results you have been struggling to achieve. Dr. Michelle will assess, create and explain your individualized treatment program, with an action plans that include all aspects of your health. The Foundational health consultation is very thorough, so your appointment may vary from 90 mins – up to 2 hrs. Foundational Adult Health Consultation

This appointment is to follow up on your health concerns, reassess current treatment plans and for acupuncture treatments.

Comprehensive Consult & Acupuncture

In Office (Birth to Age 16), Pediatric Foundational Health Consultation is an in depth initial naturopathic medicine intake. In this thorough assessment, we will explore all aspects of your child's health. Dr. Michelle will then make her assessment and create an individualized treatment plan for your child. Please plan for up to 2 hours, but appointments generally are 90 mins. Please note, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect for Initial consultations.
